InventHelp, based in Pittsburgh, is submitting the Slider Pet Door to applicable companies for their review and potential evaluation.

Tired of having to open and close my sliding door every time his pet wants to go outside or return to the house, an inventor from Port Charlotte, Fla., decided that there needs to be a better way to allow a pet free access in and out of a home.

The SLIDER PET DOOR provides a more convenient way to let a dog or cat out of a home with a sliding door. It eliminates the need to open and close the door repeatedly, which saves time and effort. Easy to use, lightweight, inexpensive and compatible with all sliding doors; it's ideal for owners of dogs, cats and other small pets.

The original design was submitted to the Tampa office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
