Servers and other hospitality workers are familiar with multitasking while on the job, especially when it comes to balancing plates, cups and more. In a fast-paced industry like food service, servers are required to not only tend to their customers in a timely fashion, but must do so with grace and warmth.
An inventor and food service veteran from Johnston, R.I., has developed the patent-pending SPLIT CARAFE, a device that carries two beverages at one time, improving productivity for busy servers. "I have worked in the food service industry for many years and always see waitresses carrying two carafes at the same time," said the inventor. "This invention will save them time and energy, and boost efficiency on the job."
SPLIT CARAFE allows the user to easily select which beverage they need. It can accommodate a range of beverages, including regular and diet soda, regular and decaf coffee, hot coffee and cold cream, and more. This device also helps to maintain the temperature of the beverages in which it is holding. SPLIT CARAFE is easy to use, easy to clean and could durably withstand years of use.
