Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is submitting this idea, the TAKE OUT SAFETY, to companies for their consideration.

"When I order takeout, I want to be certain that my food has not been tampered with," said an inventor from Wolcott, N.Y. "I designed this specialized take-out container to ensure that the food inside is safe from tampering and completely okay to eat."

He developed the TAKE OUT SAFETY to prevent food from being tampered with. The unit ensures that the food is safe to eat. It secures the contents so that they cannot be contaminated, which offers added peace of mind. Additionally, the container features a compact, easily portable design that is suitable for use with virtually any food item.

The original design was submitted to the Rochester office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
