InventHelp® Client Invention Optimizes Roadside Safety (CCP-751)

Share Article

Pittsburgh-based InventHelp attempts to submit an invention, The Look Out, to companies for review.

Having to deal with a flat tire or other vehicle-related emergency on the side of the road or highway is bad enough without the worry of speeding vehicles sideswiping or colliding with the stranded vehicle or person. "In order to make emergency pull-overs safer, I conceived of my design," said a concerned inventor from Merrillville, Ind.

He then created a prototype of THE LOOK OUT, a device that optimizes safety when pulled over on the side of a road or highway. It improves visibility and lets other drivers know that there’s a vehicle on the roadside, which helps avoid injurious or fatal accidents, as well as promotes peace of mind. The device is ideal for both private and commercial drivers. The idea is patent pending.

The original design was submitted to the Chicago office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
