InventHelp, a Pittsburgh-based invention submission firm, is submitting THE LR to companies for their consideration.

"Since I have a bad back I need to support my knees while I'm in bed," said an inventor from Nicholasville, Ky. "I try to use a pillow for this purpose, but it always slides out of place, especially when I roll over. If I could find something reliable I would buy it in a heartbeat, so I've decided to develop my own idea for knee support."

She then created a prototype of THE LR, which supports the user's knee while sleeping in a convenient and reliable manner. It doesn't shift out of place when the user rolls over. Overall, it helps treat back pain, as well as avoids hassle and frustration. Suitable for households, hospitals and nursing homes, it's ideal for people with back problems.

The original design was submitted to the Cincinnati office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
