Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) June 25, 2014 -- "Something that basketball is missing is the basics," said an inventor from McKeesport, Pa. "Coaches always tell the big player to go up with two hands and rebound. I was a very good rebounder myself. I thought that this training aid would help teach players proper technique."
He developed THE SPORTS TRAINER to improve rebounding skills. The accessory better prepares a player for game situations. It also improves shooting skills and helps to improve the jumping and strengthening of the legs. The unit helps a player learn to retain the ball after rebounding it. The invention enhances player's skill set. Additionally, the invention can be used as a training aid for volleyball players as well.
