Pittsburgh-based InventHelp attempts to submit an invention, The KP, to companies for review.

"I thought that pets needed a nice place to feel warm and cozy," said an inventor from Summerton, S.C., "so I conceived of my design." Then the inventor realized that it also can keep a human’s feet warm.

The KP enables a small pet to rest or play in a soft, warm place. This keeps the pet cozy and warm. The invention is versatile, easy to use and producible in different colors, styles and sizes. It's small, flexible, collapsible and portable.

The original design was submitted to the Columbia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
