InventHelp, one of America's largest invention submission companies, is submitting the Spitty to companies for their consideration.

“I got tired of having to carry around an empty bottle every time I used smokeless tobacco,” said an inventor, from Limestone, Tenn. “I wanted to come up with a more convenient way to spit, so I invented this.” He invented the SPITTY.

The SPITTY provides a convenient place to spit while chewing smokeless tobacco. In doing so, it eliminates the need to spit on the ground and it eliminates the need to carry empty cans and cups. The invention features a lightweight and portable design that is easy to use and clean so it is ideal for smokeless tobacco users. It also offers added convenience because it helps prevent spills. Additionally, the SPITTY is sanitary and discreet and it is producible in design variations.

The inventor described the invention design. “My design is portable so it is always with you when you need it.”

The original design was submitted to the Knoxville office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
