Improved Handle Invented for Cardiovascular Exercise Equipment - Designed by InventHelp Client (WDH-874)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) December 05, 2015 -- With the increased emphasis on the importance of exercise for good health, more people are taking advantage of cardiovascular exercise machines either in their homes or in commercial gyms. However, the conventional handlebars on these machines may place too much stress on the hands. Fortunately, an inventor from Waldorf, Md., is offering a solution to this problem.
She developed TREADMILL GRIPPER AND ELLIPTICAL GRIPPER to provide greater comfort when holding onto the handlebars of a treadmill, elliptical or other cardio machine. What’s more, it is especially helpful when the incline is increased on a treadmill. As such, it is particularly valuable to individuals with arthritic hands, wrists or arms. As a result, it allows the user to extend exercise time for greater benefit. It, in turn, promotes physical fitness, which contributes to overall good health. At the same time, it affords a more enjoyable cardiac workout on treadmills and ellipticals. Also, it is convenient, effective, durable, lightweight and portable. In addition, it is easy to install, use and remove.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “I experienced considerable finger discomfort when exercising on an elliptical and holding the handlebars. The same was true when I increased the incline on a treadmill,” she said. “I wanted to find a better alternative than having to stop using these machines because it eventually became too painful.”
