Inspired by the dangers that underground miners face from day to day, and the fatalities resulting from trapped miners not being able to escape to safety, two inventors from Fairmont, W.V., decided that there needs to be an efficient and reliable way to help people out of a wide variety of dangers, including natural disasters. This increases the chances of survival, which promotes peace of mind.
Easy to use and producible in design variations, the UNDERGROUND MINING GPS is a system that helps a miner or miners escape from an emergency situation. This avoids guesswork and trial and error. Most important, it may help prevent injuries and fatalities. Overall, it promotes safety and peace of mind.
The system also can be used by people who are victims of natural disasters.
