Any enthusiast looking to participate in a different sporting activity now has a good reason to try "TREKKING." An inventor from Cranberry Township, PA, has come up with an enhanced design for the ski-like equipment used for this competitive team sport.
He developed a prototype for UNIQUE SKIS FOR TREKKING to enable users to participate in a fun and challenging sporting activity called "TREKKING." It will have a universal appeal that makes exercising and competition a “fun” sport. Safe, comfortable, easy to use, exciting, durable against wear and tear, many formations are possible, and it develops coordination, timing and teamwork. Also, it's perfect for school intramural competitions leading to a new world-wide sport and becoming a competitive track and field sport in the World Olympics.
The inventor’s personal interest inspired the idea. “Before I became a Marine Corps veteran of World War II and the Korean War, I went through the rigorous training at Parris Island in South Carolina," he said. "In addition to being great exercise, this particular training taught teamwork. I expanded on that idea and the exciting new sport of 'TREKKING' was born."
