InventHelp, founded in 1984 in Pittsburgh, is attempting to submit this idea, the Urn Cross, to applicable companies for their consideration.

Many people make the decision to be cremated after death, and their ashes are kept safe in attractive urns that are often displayed by surviving family. "I wanted to offer families a way to keep loved ones’ ashes safe and on display with an extra spiritual elevation for peace of mind and reverence. That’s when I thought of an accessory that reminds them of the sacrifice and love of Jesus Christ," said an inventor from Midland, Texas.

The patent-pending URN CROSS serves as an enhancement of conventional cremation urns. It provides extra spiritual elevation for family of loved ones and offers a reminder of Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. Versatile and easy to use, the URN CROSS is ideal for Christians, and its variations include different sizes, colors and designs, as well as a version for vehicle dashboards.

The original design was submitted to the National Sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
