Weather Protection for Wheelchair Users Invented by InventHelp Client (NJD-653)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) September 03, 2014 -- A distressing sight inspired an inventor from Bound Brook, N.J., to rethink how wheelchair users should be prepared when out and about. "Several years ago I saw a man in a wheelchair have to wait in 9-degree weather outside of a bank since there was no wheelchair accessibility," she said.
In order to solve this problem she designed the patent-pending WHEELCHAIR COVER, which provides protection against inclement weather or bright sunlight for wheelchair users. As a result, it avoids discomfort and distress, as well as promotes convenience and peace of mind. Easy to use and producible in design variations, the invention is ideal for all wheelchair users, hospitals and nursing homes.
The original design was submitted to the New Jersey office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
