InventHelp, America's leading inventor service company, attempts to submit an invention, Windshield Shade, to companies for review.

Driving toward the sun when it is low on the horizon drastically reduces the visibility of both the driver and passenger because of how strong the glare is. In order to shield your eyes from this harsh glare, an inventor from Round Park, Texas, created a prototype for the patent-pending WINDSHIELD SHADE.

The accessory provides added protection from sunlight. This enables the motorist to view the road, traffic signals and signs easily. The device minimizes glare and ends distractions, which is designed to enhance roadway safety. Additionally, it is ideal for use when traveling at sunrise and sunset.

The inventor's personal experience inspired the idea. "When I am driving toward the sun at dawn or dusk, the conventional sun visor does not provide adequate coverage," he said. "I came up with this idea so that I can totally block out all glare so that I can see the road ahead clearly."

The original design was submitted to the Austin office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
