InventHelp Client's System Solves the Problem of Frozen Windshield Wipers (PIT-357)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) December 01, 2016 -- Windshield wipers are designed to keep a windshield as clear as possible in all kinds of weather, but they're only effective if they themselves are intact. The snow and ice of winter pose a problem for their operation. "I’m tired and annoyed by having to snap my windshield wipers all the time during the winter, especially since doing so while driving, which can be a dangerous distraction," said one of two inventors from Poland, Ohio. "In order to solve this problem the co-inventor and I conceived of this system."
The WINDSHIELD WIPER DEFROSTER is a system that solves the problem of frozen windshield wipers. By preventing wipers from sticking to the windshield, it eliminates the need to reach out and snap them against the windshield. Most important, it avoids obscured vision and distraction, which helps prevent danger and accidents. Overall, the system promotes safety and peace of mind.
The WINDSHIELD WIPER DEFROSTER could be integrated into the vehicle either by the car manufacturer or the windshield manufacturer. The heating element will be identical to a rear-window heating element and could operate the same way via an on/off switch that could also have an automatic off after several minutes. Or the manufacturers could incorporate a temperature sensor that would go on automatically when the temperature is below 32 degrees or below. The user (driver) could also have the option to keep the heating element on to prevent ice buildup on the wiper rest area during extreme weather and/or freezing rain.
The original design was submitted to the Pittsburgh office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to OEM manufacturers, aftermarket windshield manufacturers or marketers.
