InventHelp Invention Provides a Simple, Discreet Way to Dispose of Gum While Increasing Environmental Awareness (CCP-1016)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) October 19, 2015 -- The inventor from Rolling Meadows, IL, who likes to chew gum a lot, was facing a problem of disposing of his spent gum on a daily basis. Whether at a restaurant or on a plane, he had to constantly ask for a paper napkin to wrap his gum in. It wasn't until he stepped in chewing gum and ruined his shoes that he realized that there needed to be a more convenient and environmentally friendly solution to this growing problem of gum pollution.
"I like chewing gum a lot," the inventor said. "I go through a pack a day. Wherever I went I had to ask for a paper napkin to discard my gum. A few times I accidentally stuck my hand in gum under a table at a restaurant. Another time I stepped in gum on the street, got it all over my shoes and pretty much ruined them. Since quitting chewing gum was not an option for me, I decided to come up with a more convenient and environmentally friendly solution to this gum mess." The inventor has created a prototype of his idea, which is compact and easy to use.
WRAPZEE enables gum chewers to dispose of gum in a simple and discreet way instead of sticking it under tables or spitting it on sidewalks, floors of public buildings and transportation. The main goal of WRAPZEE is to help protect the environment. Chewing gum is not biodegradable, therefore it does not rot. Its toxins contaminate land and endanger lives of small animals.
