Inventor and InventHelp Client Develops Convenient Measuring Aid (CBA-2299)

InventHelp, based in Pittsburgh, is attempting to submit this client's idea, the Measure Mate, to interested companies for their review and possible feedback.

Taking measurements and remembering calculations can be a difficult task, especially when trying to remember multiple measurements. In an effort to make this task easier, an inventor and builder from Harleyville, S.C., developed a prototype for the Measure Mate.

This easy-to-use accessory offers a solution to workers and do-it-yourselfers who have the problem of trying to remember multiple measurements and figures while working with a measuring tape.

It helps to increase accuracy and reduces the likelihood of making mistakes.
This can help save time and improve the efficiency of projects where tape measures are used. In addition, it is reusable and producible in design variations.

The inventor's experience working as a builder inspired the idea. "I take a lot of measurements at work all day and it's hard to remember them. I noticed a lot of other workers with the same problem," said the inventor. "I thought a more convenient way to have measurements right at your fingertips was needed."

The original design was submitted to the Columbia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
