While fishing one day, an inventor from Lodi, Calif. cast the line of his first rod and placed the rod tip on a rock that was about 8 inches high. "I went to bait my second rod and saw that the first rod had fallen off the rock," he said. "I left my second rod in a conventional rod holder and went back to the first rod to find that I’d gotten a catch."
Eventually the rock method yielded many catches while the holder method got bites but no success. This gave the inventor the idea for a more effective rod holder.
The patent-pending U Got Em! provides an easier and more reliable way to fish. It leaves the hands free to do other tasks while optimizing the chances of successful catches. It also eliminates the need to listen for jingling bells and guesswork. Overall, it saves time and effort. The holder is easy to use and producible in design variations.
