InventHelp® Client Develops Cake Protector (CTO-352)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) December 07, 2013 -- Have you ever been to a party and watched as droplets of saliva fell on the cake while people sang or blew out the candles? Then you probably wish you had the patent-pending GAZUNTITE CAKE SHIELD.
The accessory protects cake from germs as partygoers sing "Happy Birthday." The unit prevents saliva from getting on the cake when candles are blown out. It also keeps wax from dripping onto the cake. This saves partygoers from worrying about getting sick eating the cake. The device ensures that the cake is safe and appetizing. The transparent design enables partygoers to see the cake. In addition, it is producible in different sizes, shapes and designs.
The inventor's personal observations inspired the idea. "When people sing at a birthday party and blow out the candles, saliva and other germs may get on the cake, and then nobody will want to eat it because they're afraid they'll get sick," she said. "I came up with this idea to safeguard the cake."
The original design was submitted to the Connecticut office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
