InventHelp, based in Pittsburgh and founded in 1984, is attempting to submit the Easy Brand to appropriate companies in the hopes of a good faith review.

"I was trying to find a more convenient method of branding livestock," said one of two inventors from Bessemer, Ala. "I wanted something different than the old branding iron. This inspired me to come up with a newer, better way to brand animals."

They developed the patent-pending EASY BRAND to provide a convenient way to brand all sizes of cattle and other animals. The design speeds up the branding process and reduces the risk of fires.

The device is easily adjustable to brand any animal. It is better for the environment than the older methods of branding. Additionally, the invention is producible with one to four brand icons.

The original design was submitted to the Birmingham office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
