InventHelp Inventor Develops Temperature-Taking Aid (NJD-553)

InventHelp, a leading inventor service company founded in 1984, is working to submit the Therma Guard to companies for their review.

It can be difficult and uncomfortable to take your temperature, which is why an inventor from Staten Island, N.Y., developed the Therma Guard.

The accessory provides a better way to take one's temperature. The unit ensures that the thermometer remains under the tongue, which makes temperature readings more accurate. The device eliminates discomfort and pain, and it is designed for improved hygiene as well. Additionally, the invention is producible in different sizes and colors.

The inventor's personal experience served as the inspiration for the idea. "Taking my temperature is so uncomfortable, and it is difficult to make sure that the thermometer stays beneath my tongue the entire time," he said. "I thought that there had to be an easier, more comfortable way to take my temperature."

The original design was submitted to the New Jersey office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
