InventHelp Inventors Develop Convenient Plumbing Tool (TPA-1771)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) November 06, 2013 -- Two inventors from Bradenton, Fla., have created a prototype for a plumbing tool that assists with closing and opening hard-to-move or broken shut-off valve handles.
They developed the E Z VALVE OPENER to offer an easier way to shut off supply valves in order to avoid water damage. The tool accepts both splined and square shafts. The unit reduces physical stress and strain, making it ideal for individuals suffering from arthritis or joint pain. Additionally, this patented device features an easy-to-use, compact, portable, inexpensive design.
The inventors' personal experience inspired the idea. "We came up with this idea because we saw a need for it in our own lives," said one inventor. "We have had to try to shut off valves with broken handles before, and it was really frustrating, which is why we invented this."
The original design was submitted to the Tampa office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
