InventHelp Inventor Develops Footwear for Airport Security (LST-363)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) August 30, 2013 -- Tired of having to take off shoes and walk around barefoot every time you board a plane? Well worry no more, as an inventor from Inglewood, Calif., has come up with a solution.
He developed the AIR SLIPPON to prevent dangerous items from being concealed in footwear.
This eliminates the need to remove footwear when going through airport security. The design ensures that your feet remain protected from germs, dirt, etc. The invention makes airport security areas more sanitary, as nobody is walking around barefoot. It also offers added peace of mind when going through airport security. In addition, the footwear is designed for comfortable wear.
The inventor's personal experience inspired the idea. "Airport floors are hardly sanitized properly, and yet, for security purposes, travelers have to remove their shoes, sometimes standing there barefoot," he said. "I came up with footwear that cannot be used to conceal anything, so you won't have to take off your shoes."
The original design was submitted to the Los Angeles office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
