Practice Soccer Skills with InventHelp® Client's Design (CTO-286)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) September 10, 2013 -- "I'm an ex-professional soccer player. I'm coaching now, and I've always looked for ways to improve players’ performance, but I couldn't find anything that would be easy to transport, lightweight and quick to set up," said an inventor from Wethersfield, Conn. "While working with my daughters in footwork, an idea came to me." Needing an easy, efficient way to exercise students’ agility, coordination, dribbling, etc., he created a prototype of Agility Fun.
This lightweight, portable, versatile and easy-to-use invention enables a user to practice his or her soccer skills in order to improve footwork and reactions in real-game situations. It also improves motor skills, motor reaction, the ability to move limbs quickly, the velocity and frequency of steps, direction changes, nervous-system adaptability, position shifts, fitness (knee, ankle and upper-body), better balance, rotation of movements, and the effectiveness of upper-/lower-body moves. In addition, the invention can be used to rehabilitate injured ankles.
