InventHelp® Inventor Creates a Trucking Accessory for Added Convenience (BMA-4059)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) August 05, 2013 -- "The straps on roll-up and overhead doors wear out quickly, so you have to pay to replace them often," said an inventor from Leominster, Mass. "I have seen drivers struggle with broken straps, and sometimes they cannot even reach up to close the door. My invention eliminates such problems."
He created a prototype for the PROTEC OVERHEAD DOOR STRAP to aid in pulling the door down. The design ensures that the driver can reach the strap to pull the door down. The unit eliminates the unnecessary replacement of worn straps. It keeps the strap from catching on things, and it protects the strap from the elements. The accessory positions the strap safely out of the reach of children. In addition, it is usable on a roll-up (tractor-trailer rear door) or overhead door.
The original design was submitted to the Boston office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
