The ideal candidate would have a decade or more of deal-making, finance and/or managerial expertise across a broad range of industries including, software & technology, healthcare & biotech, real estate development, oil & gas, mining and consumer products. In addition, desirable candidates are expected to come to the firm with deep, existing networks from which meaningful buy, sell and capital raise deals can be facilitated.

In addition to Managing Directors the company is also seeking motivated analyst and associate-level candidates that can assist senior-level bankers in facilitating transactions across a wide array of industries and disciplines. “Our analyst and associate work requires the ability to produce quality client-facing materials, providing market research and feedback on specific industries and markets,” says Nead. “Along with our need for an experienced Managing Director, we also need quality assistance from knowledgeable analysts and associates.”
The company, including the firm’s Las Vegas office, have experienced great growth as the strong capital and M&A market has expanded over the last few years.
