Welles to focus on client success, emerging technologies, “I am pleased that my new role comes during InvoTech’s 20-year anniversary,” Welles said. “My primary objective is to continue our commitment to client success with a focus on emerging technologies. I intend to expand our team, add resources and augment internal procedures to continue providing the highest quality services while expanding our client base and launching InvoTech’s services in new industries.”

Welles assumes his position as president after serving as vice president for 6 years. He began his tenure with InvoTech as a systems specialist in the customer support department. He also served as installation manager and oversaw system implementation and training in multiple markets before moving into directorships in operations, and sales and marketing. Welles also supervised InvoTech’s product development and software enhancements.

“My work with clients applying technology to create operating efficiency taught me the value of professional training and support,” Welles said. “Our UHF-RFID Laundry, Linen, and Uniform Systems are installed in businesses worldwide in more than 20 countries.
