ironSource Awarded TAG “Certified Against Fraud” Seal
TEL AVIV, Israel (PRWEB) November 15, 2018 -- Leading mobile monetization and marketing company ironSource is proud to announce it has been awarded the “Certified Against Fraud” seal from the Trustworthy Accountability Group (TAG). TAG is a global certification program dedicated to fighting criminal activity and increasing trust in the digital advertising industry, and its “Certified Against Fraud” Seal was created to combat invalid traffic in the digital advertising supply chain.
A study released last week found that the use of TAG Certified distribution channels for digital advertising cut the invalid traffic rate to 1.68 percent, reducing the level of fraud by more than 84% compared to non-certified channels. As a TAG Certified company that meets its strict anti-fraud standards, ironSource will continue to contribute to reducing fraudulent, invalid traffic in the digital advertising supply chain.
“All companies applying for the TAG Certified Against Fraud Seal must complete a rigorous process to demonstrate that their services meet the high standards required to protect their partners and the industry against fraud,” said Rachel Nyswander Thomas, SVP of Programs and Policy for TAG. “We’re delighted to have ironSource join our program and highlight the proactive and continued steps they are taking to create a fraud-free and transparent advertising environment.”
“At ironSource we are diligent about creating and adding more tools to our platform to protect and educate our partners on how to prevent fraudulent activities,” said Yevgeny Peres, VP Growth at ironSource. “We are committed to only buying and selling clean traffic, and put our sellers through a rigorous due diligence and on-boarding process before they’re allowed to serve ads through our network. Joining the TAG Certified Against Fraud Program is another step in providing the safest and most transparent solution to our clients, be they performance or brand advertisers.”
