One-to-One Service.com has enhanced its iService Customer Interaction Solution with new features that make it easy to build interactive web applications. The iService Forms interface now includes commands to retrieve and display any customer information from its database within web forms using the iService Scripting Language.

One-to-One Service.com announced today enhancements to its iService Customer Interaction Solution that allows users to quickly build web forms that retrieve and display customer information. A series of new commands have been developed that simplify the process for retrieving information such as a customer's name, account number, or any other data stored within the iService database. When combined with iService forms that capture user questions or input, it's now possible to build very interactive portals for service or sales that are highly personalized, but with minimal effort.
