Windsor’s right winger Joshua Ho-Sang rises 12 positions this month to #14 from #26. At the other end of the spectrum, North Bay's center Blake Clarke drops 13 positions to #26 from #13 in October.
"Power forward Blake Clarke has unfortunately missed most of the season with shoulder injury, and others are starting to move ahead of him in our rankings”, says ISS Hockey Director of Scouting Dennis MacInnis. “On the other hand, Joshua Ho-Sang is rising for all the right reasons, his play on the ice. Ho-Sang has elite puck skills, exceptional play making ability and one on one skills, and is an explosive, quick, fast player. He is, however, a high risk, high reward player at times.”
