This is a big milestone for IXIASOFT. It marks the first version that focuses primarily on web tools for DITA experts, like technical writers.
In addition to providing an all-new user experience, IXIASOFT CCMS 6.0 introduces features essential for authors and technical writers: search, unrestrained map, topic, and image editing, and new simple dialogs for easy content reuse.
Version 6.0 provides users with search capabilities that make content easy to find and reuse; a key feature used daily by technical writers. In this new UI, IXIASOFT fully leverages the Oxygen web authoring tool for advanced users. Content creators can fully manage links and reuse content. Oxygen is completely embedded—meaning users don't have to open a separate editor to edit content—and provides an intuitive, unified interface.
In addition, IXIASOFT is offering SAML support, which allows users to connect with a company's single sign-on (SSO), increasing efficiency and reducing hassle.
