The more intuitive design and simplified user experience will improve the job description maintenance process and reinforce active engagement amongst its users. Since its inception over a decade ago, JDXpert has focused on bringing its customers a robust, flexible, and feature-rich solution that helps HR construct, store, and maintain job descriptions that drive effective HR processes. The new UI/UX will only add to this mission and amplify the usability and necessity of the system.

These include the implementation of an all-new dashboard and help center, improved filtering and search capabilities, an express master template builder, a streamlined workflow and approval process, and a dynamic content library.
