Industry Analyst Jeff Kagan on Sprint Satisfaction Guarantee, 30 Day Risk-Free Trial and Network Update
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) June 23, 2014 -- Dan Hesse, Sprint CEO made several announcements today at a Chicago event. This includes Sprint’s new Satisfaction Guarantee which offers users a 30 day risk free trial, says this Sprint press release, June 23.
Industry Analyst Jeff Kagan offers comment.
“Sprint is starting to make some news introducing their new satisfaction guarantee supported by a 30 day risk free trial. Sprint says their network re-build is going well. It must be, because these are powerful guarantees to customers. It should entice many to give Sprint a try once again,” says Wireless analyst Jeff Kagan.
“It’s good to see Sprint beginning to strut their feathers once again. It’s been a while,” says Principal analyst Kagan.
Sprint also announced the availability of new offerings including the Sprint Framily Wall, and increased focus on fitness which involves partnerships with companies like Under Armour, MapMyFitness and Samsung.
“Sprint has been busy re-building their network. They are not done yet, but apparently they have come to the point where they can start letting us test drive the network and have confidence in what we will experience,” says Technology analyst Kagan.
Today Sprint also announced the nationwide availability of HD Voice which offers better sound clarity and less background noise. They say around 16 million customers can now use HD Voice on over 60 Sprint devices.
“This is important for Sprint to offer as competitors are starting to offer their own HD Voice in selected markets. Wireless voice may have been good because it let us take our phones with us, but the quality was not as good as landlines. HD Voice is much better quality compared with regular wireless and getting closer to landline status. That is very important,” says Tech analyst Kagan.
Sprint also introduced other things like 28 new 4G LTE markets and three new Sprint Spark markets as well.
“It has been a while, but this is definitely one big step in the right direction for Sprint. It’s good to see once again. Keep it up Sprint,” says Kagan.
