Industry Analyst Jeff Kagan on New C Spire Shared Data Plan with 4 Lines and 10 Gb for $160
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) May 05, 2014 -- C Spire Wireless announced today May 5, their new 10 Gb wireless plan for $160 and competes directly with AT&T, Verizon and Sprint with unlimited talk and text.
Industry analyst Jeff Kagan offers comment.
“C Spire is a strong wireless competitor in the southeastern United States. They have used innovative ideas and national plans to win new customers and grow. This move is another great idea because it will let C Spire capture even more interest and loyalty from existing customers and prospects.” Says Wireless analyst Jeff Kagan.
“The wireless industry was screaming for this kind of idea. That’s why I think we’ll see carrier after carrier move in this same direction. It helps wireless customers better control and lower costs at the same time. It let’s family or friends or co-workers share one plan.” Says tech analyst Kagan.
C Spire says this Shared Data Plan is national and has automatic overage protection so customers will not see unexpected overage charges on their bill.
This will also help the carrier as well. When carriers get multiple customers signed up under one account the customer become stickier. And a stickier customer doesn’t churn away as easily.
“So this is helpful to carriers as well as customers. Every customer that a carrier get’s signed up under this plan helps both the customer and the carrier. It makes perfect sense. This will help keep C Spire customers happy, and keep C Spire happy because of that fact.” Says Principal analyst Kagan.
C Spire offers several different plans to meet different customer needs. It offers unlimited talk, text and pictures. It also offers unlimited international text messages to 140 countries and free PERCS rewards and discounts.
This plan is advertised as $160 for 4 lines, however you can add up to 10 lines to one account.
