Berkadia announced that Jeremiah Jarmin joined the company as Vice President in the company’s Atlanta office. Jarmin will be working with the veteran team headed by Senior Vice Presidents Andrew Mays and Paul Vetter and Vice Presidents John McCalla and Matt White.
In joining Mays and Vetter, Jarmin brings his expertise in multifamily investments skills and knowledge that includes joint venture and business entity formation, acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence. Jarmin, in addition to his work in the Atlanta market, will also work heavily with clients in Augusta, Macon, Athens, Columbus, Savannah and several other markets in the state of Georgia.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Jarmin practiced law, where he developed a concentration on commercial real estate transactions and foreign real estate investment. After practicing law for several years, Jeremiah transitioned into the advisory side of commercial real estate, becoming a broker and specializing in multifamily investment sales. In his first year as a broker, Jeremiah was the top multifamily producer at his previous firm and a candidate for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor’s Million Dollar Club.
