Jhon Tyler Alleviates Emotional Pain and Suffering in New Book
Byron Bay, Australia (PRWEB) August 05, 2013 -- The immortal words of Sathya Sai Baba, “I have come to light the lamp of Love in your hearts, to see that it shines day by day with added luster,” echo in his student, Jhon Tyler. Tyler’s new book, “nopain.me: A Guide to Freedom” (published by Balboa Press), retains the insights and lessons that he has learned and turns them into a helpful guide to overcoming limiting feelings of unworthiness and accelerate the journey toward Peace.
“Unworthiness is now at epidemic levels in society,” states Tyler. “It manifests at a personal level as minor and chronic complaints which range from psychological problems such as anxiety and depression to physical disease; inharmonious relationships with ourselves and others which include problems of anti-social behavior, self harm and substance abuse.”
The book seeks to emphasize the idea that freedom from emotional pain is within a person’s reach. Tyler carefully explains where these emotions come from and how they manifest themselves in day-to-day life. He teaches people to learn to love themselves first so the healing and understanding of life’s journey can begin.
“By evoking an empathetic response to our suffering we can learn what it is we need to learn and simultaneously heal,” says Tyler. “This practice allows us to achieve peace, experience more of what love is and learn to hear, trust and act on our feelings, which is precisely what our feelings are for.”

About the Author
Jhon Tyler had a powerfully mystical experience as a young man. He was guided to the work of hypnotherapist and psychologist, Michael G. Quirk, and was made aware of the incredibly strong effect and consequences of repressed and denied emotion. He also travelled to India to see the spiritual teacher, Sathya Sai Baba. It wasn’t until much later, and once again working with Michael, that he realized how and why we create our lives in the way that we do.
