In an Authorized Statement issued yesterday, real estate investment expert and author, Jim Toner offers advice to victims of Internet smear campaigns done under the cloak of anonymity

Mr. Toner went on to explain how the unregulated, wild-wild-west world of the Internet has opened the doors for potentially catastrophic attacks on unsuspecting small business owners and individuals. To compound the issue law enforcement and Government seemingly has little concern for the victims.
