2014 saw an extremely favorable market change, allowing for more people to buy and sell. Jimmy Dulin and his RE/MAX Ability Plus offices were more than ready to meet this demand, and when the records were shown this month, several people walked away with impressive awards. The awards range from real estate agents ranking in the top five throughout the entire state, to the Lifetime Achievement Award, the Hall of Fame Award, and with Jimmy Dulin himself receiving the Brokerage/Owner of the Year for Multiple Offices award. In addition, his offices ranked as the Top Contributor to the Children’s Miracle Network, throughout the entire state.

Among some of the top honors were Steve Clark and his receivership of the number one spot in the whole state for individual agent residential sales. Zoe Moore and Thomas Endicott, placed fourth and fifth in the state, as team leaders and as a whole, the RE/MAX Ability Plus location in Carmel ranked as the top single office for sales.

Contiguous to these high rankings, John Pacilio and Jayne Gauci found themselves as the recipients of the Lifetime Achievement Award. The RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award is the second highest honor that is awarded to the individuals who have been with RE/MAX for at least seven years, and who have met the set minimum amount for sales.

The Hall of Fame Award is the third highest honor presented to the individuals who have earned the set minimum amount in sales during their tenure with RE/MAX. This award saw the most recipients from RE/MAX Ability Plus, having been awarded to several different agents, out of several different locations, including, Carmel locations’ David Cronnin, Phil Herman, Bill Mitchell, Shelly Walters and Lafayette locations’ Tamara House. The West Clay and Zionsville locations were also honored with recipients, Joseph Kempler and Zoe Moore, respectively.
