How it Works: First, JG Project Management helps develop the plan. That means a full site review, research, and an initial budget estimate—all of which is reviewed with the client before finalizing. They help make the right choices, and gather accurate and detailed bids for the project. This planning will ensure that custom home plans move from a dream to reality.
During the construction phase, JG Project Management helps watch the money. The client signs the contracts and pays the bills; JG reviews the invoices before they are paid. They call on the client’s behalf to assist with scheduling, and approve all bids —keeping the client in charge. JG arranges delivery to ensure smooth installations and that all elements of the build are in a logical and productive order. JG even meets with the client weekly, and updates daily, again keeping the client in charge.
Every construction project is different, which means every home is unique. And so is the process. With JG Project Management, the client can expect to be more involved, but also to save money. It’s not a process meant for everyone.
