Jupiter Realtor Kim Price Elected 2019 JTHS-MIAMI President
Miami, FL (PRWEB) April 12, 2019 -- The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) has elected Jupiter Realtor Kim Price as its 2019 Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound-MIAMI President. She and her JTHS-MIAMI board were installed Feb.1 at the 2019 MIAMI Inaugural & Awards Celebration.
JTHS-MIAMI leads the services, issues and needs of more than 2,500 MIAMI members in Palm Beach and Martin counties.
“Realtors are the voice of our industry and the communities that we serve,” Price said. “As leaders, professionals and MIAMI members, it’s of paramount importance that we are good stewards of that power. We have been entrusted with 100 miles of the most beautiful coastline in America. It is all of us, who are charged with making our little piece of paradise, the best place to live, work and play.”
Price, a Realtor with Jupiter Lighthouse Realty, has been a resident of the coastal Palm Beach area for more than 41 years. She has more than 29 years of real estate experience, with a background in finance.
Since 2009, Price has served on her local Realtor board as Treasurer and Director for JTHS-MIAMI. In 2009, she was inducted into the Florida Realtor’s Honor Society.
In previous years, Price was appointed to the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) Finance Committee, which reviews the budget and operation for the local Multiple Listing system, as well as, being appointed to finance for JTHS-MIAMI. Price has also served on the RPAC, Public Policy and Global Business committees since 2005 and is an active member in her community.
Since 2011, Price has had numerous committee appointments from Florida Realtors, and is currently serving on Legislative & Regulatory Business Issues, Insurance, Land Use, Property Rights & Sustainable Development. Price was reappointed to serve the Resort & Second Home for Florida Realtors & National Association of Realtors, as well as an active Director for the respective boards. Price has completed her studies for the NAR International Designation as a Certified International Property Specialist. This designation allows Price the ability to assist sellers that require special attention to details, such as global exposure.
