Kelly joined the firm as a law clerk and has already become deeply involved in a complex litigation case regarding the development of a midstream oil and gas storage facility, as well as litigation involving the construction of public infrastructure.
Kelly graduated cum laude from the University of Houston. While earning his Bachelor of Business Administration, Kelly earned a certificate in corporate entrepreneurship. His certification and experience in business management provide him with a strong background to succeed in complex commercial litigation. Kelly completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence magna cum laude from University of Houston Law Center in 2019, where he served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal and as Baron of the Exchequer for the Order of the Barons. Kelly was recognized as the top performer in his Oil and Gas Law class and earned a scholarship from the Oil Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar.
