Warrington Cheshire (PRWEB UK) 11 February 2014 -- “It is with mixed emotions that I make this move,” said Karen. “I have been with Tachodisc for 15 years and have seen first-hand how the driver CPC training and tachograph business has evolved in line with the needs of the industry. I’m immensely proud of all that we have achieved.”
“None of this success would have been possible however without the professionalism and expertise of everyone at Tachodisc, and I would like to thank all my colleagues, who I will miss dearly, for their continued support over the years,” added Karen.
Nigel Tollit, Tachodisc’s Chairman said: “The Board was very sorry to learn that Karen would be leaving, but understands that the position at the FTA is an exciting opportunity and one that will enable Karen to further advance her career across different areas of the transport industry.”
“It has been an honour to work with Karen, and on behalf of all the directors and staff, we would like to thank Karen for all her hard work and dedication over the years. We wish her every success in the future,” said Nigel.
The Tachodisc Board can also confirm that Philip Jordan will take over as Managing Director and will be working alongside Karen with immediate effect to facilitate the handover. Philip, who has previously worked with Tachodisc, brings many years of senior management and product development experience to the role. Over the last few years he has worked successfully across several B2B industries, including software, technology and the logistics market.
