Key Air President and CEO Appointed to the Air Charter Safety Foundation (ASCF) Board of Governors

The ACSF, founded in 2007, is a non-profit foundation established to improve the safety of air charter and fractional aircraft ownership operations. The Board of Governors establish the Foundation's strategic goals, policies and programs for enabling on-demand charter providers and fractional program managers to achieve the highest levels of safety in the aviation industry. Mr. Kinsella joins a group of illustrious aviation professionals who also provide expertise on issues including flight operations and safety management systems, aircraft manufacturing and maintenance, and aviation law.
