Top business priority is improving data/document security.
WEYMOUTH, Mass. (PRWEB) January 14, 2020
In a new study entitled, 2019 IT Decision Makers Survey in SMB & Enterprise Markets, Keypoint Intelligence-InfoTrends surveys over 500 IT decision-makers employed across the U.S., U.K. and Germany. The survey respondents were influencers on the selection of printers at a variety of company sizes and the study highlighted the current and future trends in terms of paper usage, sustainability, future buying habits and smart workplace solutions.
Keypoint Intelligence-InfoTrends has found that 51% of IT decision makers believe improving data and document security is the top priority for their companies in the next three years. The research suggests that improving data/document security is the top business priority for companies of all sizes both SMBs and Enterprise environments alike. This study also found that cost and lack of IT resources are a major hurdle to converting to digital processes.
The 2019 IT Decision Makers Survey in SMB & Enterprise Markets study also looked at office hardware, supplies, and smart workplace trends.
