The 12th International Kidney Cancer Symposium will take place in Chicago on October 25 and 26 at the new Raddison Blu Aqua Hotel. Sponsored by the Kidney Cancer Association (KCA) in cooperation with the Society for Immunotherapy in Cancer (SITC), this annual meeting brings together key individuals and representatives from leading laboratories and centers working with renal cell carcinoma. The 12th International Kidney Cancer Symposium seeks to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and information that will continue to frame directions for future research and treatment.
KCA CEO Bill Bro says, "We’re pleased to welcome SITC members as an important part of this symposium. Immunotherapy is an area of investigation that holds promise for patients and this adds an exciting new dimension to this meeting."
Meeting objectives include:
KCA is a charitable organization made up of patients, family members, physicians, researchers, and other health professionals globally. It is the world’s first international charity dedicated specifically to the eradication of death and suffering from renal cancers. It is also by far the largest organization of its kind, with members in more than 100 countries.
