Linking Families and Communities Joins United Way to Sponsor KIDZMANIA at the Crossroads Mall in Fort Dodge on October 25th.
Fort Dodge, IA (PRWEB) October 09, 2014 -- The Crossroads Mall in Fort Dodge, IA, will be the location for the KIDZMANIA on October 25th from 10 am to 2 pm. For the 2nd year, Linking Families and Communities and United Way will be spearheading this event that creates a day of fun, family friendly activities.
The day will include Plinko, balloon artists, face painting, craft making, equipment with robotic arms showing how tasks are performed, basketball, ring toss and coloring projects—just a few of the activities in which kids can participate.
The Science Center of Iowa will have special scientific fun, and everyone can examine all the bugs at the ISU Insect Zoo. A stop by the photo booth will allow for silly time and silly photos to remember the day. Another favorite is the Fort Dodge Fire Department with their fire truck and their smoke house for kids to check out. Magic acts, dancing and gymnastics along with inflatables to play on will also be found at KIDZMANIA.
Roaming the Crossroads Mall and visiting with all the kids and their families will be Momma and Papa of the Berenstain Bears, CY the Cyclone and the Mouse from "If You Give A Mouse A Cookie."
"We have packed in such a variety of activities that there will be something that will excite and entertain the entire family during KIDZMANIA," says Elizabeth Stanek, Executive Director of Linking Families and Communities.
