Aimed at rethinking organizational communication to improve collaboration, productivity, and inclusion

“We are extremely excited about our strategic collaboration with KiwiTech. We believe this partnership allows us to solve our tech challenges, as well as provide us with growth and networking opportunities that every black female founder needs to break the glass ceiling,”

KiwiTech, LLC, a tech accelerator that helps early to growth-stage companies scale quickly, today announced a strategic partnership with ConnectPro, an internal communications software created for companies that believe in providing a collaborative and inclusive communication experience for its employees.

“We are honored to partner with ConnectPro to disrupt the way organizations collaborate and streamline communications," said Rakesh Gupta, CEO of KiwiTech. "Drawing on our deep expertise in the tech space, we are committed to helping ConnectPro further their mission."

“Our story started with a survey to companies on the internal communication platforms they use. The sheer number of communications systems used was a major source of frustration which was further exacerbated by the fact that employees oftentimes felt left out of the loop. The frustrations of our survey respondents are echoed in our personal experience and we want to dismantle the silo experience created by the use of multiple products that do not communicate with each other,” said Hope Malveaux, Co-Founder of ConnectPro.

Miracle Semien, Co-Founder of ConnectPro, stated, “At ConnectPro, we believe employees should be involved in planning the party and not just be a guest at the main event! We care about the employee at every level in the hierarchy, and we are committed to creating a truly inclusive experience for individuals within a greater system. That is the driving force behind our desire to create an all-in-one enterprise software that allows employers and employees to work in a communication system that doesn’t rely on integrations.”

Hope and Miracle had earlier started Veaux Professional Services (VPS), which helps make the merger & acquisition (M&A) process easier by outlining a customized plan of action. In this venture they discovered the need for effective communication with employees in various stages, thus ConnectPro was born.

“We are extremely excited about our strategic collaboration with KiwiTech. We believe this partnership allows us to solve our tech challenges, as well as provide us with growth and networking opportunities that every black female founder needs to break the glass ceiling,” added Hope.
