With November 13 marking World Kindness Day, KMG Gold Recycling further increased their efforts to give back to their local Winnipeg community.

KMG Gold strives to donate to a lot of great charities because they stand behind the importance of giving back to their community and making it a stronger, better place to live in. With the end of the soccer season that KMG Gold generously supported via a local boys' team, the company expanded their community service efforts in entirely new ways.

KMG Gold recently donated a real gold bar to the Special Olympics’ Gold Gala on October 25, 2013, an event that celebrated the athletes and the people who support them. While the company continuously donates unrecyclable costume jewellery back to Goodwill Industries, President and CEO Michael Gupton decided to take on a brand new charity venture this fall, Movember.

Movember lasts the entire month of November and is an event where men grow their moustaches to support men’s health by accepting charitable donations from friends, coworkers and family members. Donations are collected via cash or cheque but the easiest and most convenient way to donate is to visit a participant’s individual Movember page and donate online.

For those to wish to support men’s health and Gupton’s journey to raise money to support the cause, they can visit KMG Gold’s homepage to find a link that will direct them to Gupton's donation page.

KMG Gold Recycling® buys, recycles, and refines all precious metals including gold, silver, platinum and palladium. Michael Gupton started KMG Gold as an internet gold buyer in 2007 at, and opened his first location in Winnipeg in 2009. KMG Gold has now expanded into the USA with an American head office located in Grand Forks, ND.
