About the Dentists
Dr. Steven Kornhaber has been in private practice in Port Washington since 1983, with a special focus on restorative dentistry. He is a member of numerous dental associations including, the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, the New York State Dental Association, and the Nassau County Dental Society. Previously Dr. Kornhaber also served as a faculty member at his alma mater, the Columbia School of Dental and Oral Surgery. In his spare time, Dr. Kornhaber enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family. He has also dedicated a significant amount of his time to providing dental services to the underserved population both in our local community and abroad.
Dr. Mitchell Kornhaber earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2013 from the Boston University School of Dental Medicine and completed his residency in General Practice at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset in 2014. He is a member of several dental associations including the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and the Nassau County Dental Society. He is an active participant in the Glen Cove Study club and has furthered his knowledge by attending multiple continuing education courses. Dr. Kornhaber takes pride in combining the latest innovations with an old-fashioned commitment to patient comfort. Dr. Mitchell Kornhaber enjoys traveling, cycling, and spending time with family and friends. He lives in Port Washington with his wife and children.
