On Saturday, August 13th, 2016, LaGrange Country Dodge fulfilled their commitment to local residents who were chosen as winners of a Concert Ticket Giveaway package. Over the past few weeks, winners were selected to receive two tickets to the Kenny Chesney “Spread The Love Tour” concert event, which took place at Detroit’s Ford Field on that Saturday. The tickets granted winners access to a corporate suite to enjoy the show.

The randomly selected winners were chosen weekly, beginning on July 9th through August 11th, when local country music radio station “Thunder Country” 105.5 FM was on site at LaGrange Country Dodge to announce the names of those lucky listeners. “Thunder Country”, also holding a ticket giveaway, announced their final winner on that day as well.

In addition to the corporate suite tickets to the concert, winners were also provided with transportation to and from the show on the LaGrange Party Bus and hotel accommodations for the night at the Detroit Metro Hilton Hotel. The winners were Jason Laughlin, Casey Montgomery, Wendell Singleton, Jan Michael, and Tammy Greene, and Jamie McKintry drove the bus.

LaGrange Country Dodge was recently reopened under new ownership and management, and has pledged their support to the local community in their efforts to rebuild LaGrange County after being hit hard by the effects of the recent economic crisis experienced across the nation. In addition to this recent ticket giveaway, the dealership also donated $6,000 to the local Sheriff’s Department to go towards a new drug detection search dog for the K9 Unit, and joined the Sheriff’s Department for a presentation on the local heroin epidemic at the Lagrange County Chamber of Commerce. Additional ticket giveaways are planned for the future.
